At the Pojoaque Valley School District Board of Education meeting on November 9, board members recognized high school student leaders for their community service. The student council group sponsored a Community Bingo Night on September 14th at the Pojoaque Valley Middle School campus which raised $1,400. The proceeds were donated to the Neighbor to Neighbor Fund Drive. Marc Martin, the High School Leadership sponsor working behind the scenes, supports these students in a variety of projects including a recent blood drive, planning and implementation of Homecoming week, and the senior parking spot painting fundraiser. Congratulations to Mr. Martin and the team of student leaders for making such a huge impact on our community this year.
