Pojoaque Valley Intermediate School (PVIS) Program Description

PVIS consists of fourth and fifth grade. Classes are structured on a team concept. Students are assigned to have a homeroom teacher and rotations will occur in the afternoon, science, social studies and bilingual. Students will recieve reading instruction based on individual student needs. Our school is also an inclusive and multicultural school. Services provided for the students include the State mandated curriculum, along with board approved drug education, bilingual education, character education, growth and development, HIV/AIDS awareness and extra curricular activites.
